Size: Small dwarf shrub used as ground cover usually less than 1ft, but spreading approx 3ft.
Planting: Full sun to full shade, prefers moist locations, tolerate of many conditions.
Fruit: edible small red berries, ripe in summer.
Pollination: Self pollinating.
Use: fresh eating, jams, preserves.
Current Size: Bare root - 2 Year old seedling
Berries are consider highly flavoured but not as tart as cranberries. Can create thick mats and not recommended for flower gardens.
