Planting: Extremely tolerant, Full sun to full shade, can tolerate dry or moist conditions. 

Fruit: Edible nut, 1cm.

Pollination: Self pollinating.

Use: Can be dried, but generally not consumed. 

Ripening: Early to mid fall. 

Pot: 1 gal pot

These are native beaked hazelnut's, they are extremely tolerate and can grow within the forest canopy. They produce few clusters of small nuts that are edible but rarely enjoyed.
